Naseej Tech signs SAR 17.2M contract with Ministry of Commerce

Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) signed, on July 28, a contract valued at SAR 17.24 million, including VAT, for the professional services project for managing the technical office for engineering and business analysis projects with the Ministry of Commerce.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the three-year contract includes the provision of professional technical services in implementing technological projects, contributing to the success of the Ministry of Commerce’s digital transformation projects and programs.

The company expects this project to have a positive impact on its financial statements for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
