Emirates Palace’s custom-built Ramadan pavilion features a new design and continues to maintain its notoriety for being the largest in Abu Dhabi

Ramadan is here again and Emirates Palace has opened its doors for you to experience the very best in authentic, Emirati hospitality and the largest Ramadan pavilion in Abu Dhabi. Brought to you in partnership with National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), Emirates Palace’s 2015 Ramadan pavilion will feature a new and enchanting design, and will offer an exciting journey for all senses.
The custom built pavilion sits on the palace terrace of the magnificent Emirates Palace and overlooks the most tranquil of settings. Taking inspiration from folkloric-style décor, the Ramadan pavilion will feature a fusion of intricate tapestry, ornate fixtures and Mashrabiya details. Comfortable seating enclaves, sheer curtains and floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the beach create an absolutely magical ambiance for the perfect Iftar and Suhoor throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Built by a team of over 50 people over a five-week period, the Ramadan pavilion can host up to 800 guests per day. It will feature an elevated lounge area, six private Majlises and a large open dining area for Iftar and Suhoor during the period of Ramadan.
In addition to a wide variety of fragrant shishas and traditional Quanun music, Emirates Palace’s team of culinary experts will treat you to a myriad of Arabian flavours and signature dishes from Mezlai, Emirates Palace’s famous Emirati restaurant. The à la carte menus and buffets feature a selection of Arabic mezze, Middle Eastern and International inspired culinary creations and gourmet desserts. Emirates Palace is committed to delivering the freshest of ingredients and to supporting local producers as it takes its guests along a luscious culinary journey.
Holger Schoth, the General Manager of Emirates Palace said: “This Ramadan, Emirates Palace, is partnering with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) to create the perfect venue in Abu Dhabi for reflection and celebration. It is our intention to remain true to the authenticity and traditions of legendary Emirati hospitality and we look forward to welcoming guests to experience the absolutely magical atmosphere of our Ramadan pavilion.”
Per person rates in the Ramadan pavilion are AED 265 for Iftar and a minimum spend of AED 125 for à la carte options during Suhoor, excluding 16% tax and tourism fees.
