Samba launches instant credit card issuance service online

As part of its commitment to serve customer needs faster and more conveniently through its 24-hour electronic banking channels, Samba Financial Group recently launched an instant credit card issuance service through SambaMobile and SambaOnline.

For the first time, the new service allows Samba customers—citizens or residents—to apply for a Samba Credit Card from anywhere through the Samba mobile app and website, and get instant approval on the spot. 

All that a Samba customer needs to do is log on to SambaMobile and SambaOnline, enter the credit cards section, and fill in a credit card online short application form. After selecting a preferred Samba Credit Card, the customer gets an offer stating the name which will appear on the credit card and the applicable credit limit. If the customer accepts the offer, the credit card is issued immediately and sent by courier to the customer’s postal address or delivered by a Samba representative to the customer’s national address within 5 working days. 

Samba’s new instant credit card issuance service online is part of Samba’s continuing commitment to strengthen its range of digital banking solutions to expand the suite of banking services customers can access remotely, securely and conveniently, without having to visit the branch.
