Saudi Hankook Racing Team, led by Mohammed Al Orabi, participated in the final round of Middle East Drift Championship 2018, which was held in the Lebanese capital, Beirut with the participation of more than 20 Middle Eastern professional drift drivers.
Captain Saeed Al Mouri, the leader of the Saudi Hankook Racing Team, was supposed to participate in this round exceptionally; to be honored as one of the most important drift racing champions in the Middle East, where he is the only Saudi driver who won the title of this championship, but due to circumstances beyond his and the team’s control, Al Mouri apologized for not participating in this round. However, his teammate Mohammed Al Orabi replaced him in this regional event. Despite the tough circumstances that surrounded the Saudi Hankook Racing Team participation in this event along with the unplanned participation of Mohammed Al Orabi, who excelled in the first attempt and came six in front a huge audience who attended the event in the Lebanese capital.
Saeed Al Mouri expressed his regret for not participating in this round, and praised the successful participation of the Saudi Hankook Racing Team, represented by his teammate Mohammed Al Orabi, who left a distinctive imprint which was valued by the race spectators.
