The Saudi Arabian Airlines has approved the five-year strategic plan for 2015-20.
The main highlight of the plan is that the airline will use the word ‘guest’ in place of passenger. “Instead of the words passengers, travelers and customers, all those who take advantage of the national carrier’s service will be called guests,” the Saudi Press Agency reported quoting the airline sources.
The Saudia Director General Saleh Al-Jasser has issued an administrative order to take all the necessary procedures to implement the decision.
“This should not be simply a change in name but a total change and upgrading in the concept of the package of services being extended by the airline to the people on the ground and on board the aircraft,” Al-Jasser said.
