Overlooking the vibrant city of Amman, Skyline Sushi is located on the top floor of the Landmark Amman Hotel.
We are inspired by the Japanese legend of Senbazuru, that promises a dream come true to anyone who folds 1,000 origami cranes.
For every 100 cranes folded by our customers at Skyline Sushi, the Landmark Amman Hotel commits to making a deserving person’s dream come true. The first dream was a young girl’s university tuition fee from the Gaza refugee camp. February will witness our second dream come true, an art exhibition for a truly talented artist who overcame adversity after his arm was amputated due to a devastating car accident.
