The National Water Company has launched its eBranch on its website (www.NWC.com.sa) to provide all services to its customers in Riyadh and Jeddah. It will target 600,000 customers in both cities who can submit their requests around the clock easily and efficiently.
NWC stated that it has exerted diligent efforts to provide the eBranch services, which will offer customer services using state-of-the-art technologies that have been developed according to the best international standards. NWC indicated that the pilot version of the service was launched earlier to ensure its efficiency and integrity. While the eBranch will initially cover Riyadh and Jeddah, it will be extended to serve customers in Makkah and Taif.
NWC explained that customers using the eBranch will not need to visit customer services centers or contact its call center. The eBranch is fully compatible with all devices such as computers, tablets and cellphones. After registering on the website, customers will be able to get access to all NWC services, such as submitting a request for a new water or wastewater link to their building by uploading required documents. NWC said the website allows customers to add accounts of rented buildings and change the name of the owner (if the building is still registered in the name of a former owner). Customers can also review bills and request electronic billing instead of paper bills.
NWC added that the website allows customers to update their profiles and request a replacement of their ground meters with wall meters or change their location. Also, customers can request tankers, review their water consumption rate and water schedule, submit and follow up complaints and review and object to violations electronically.
eBranches will be working alongside four customer services centers in the four cities covered by NWC. All facilities are managed by young Saudis trained to provide high-quality customer services according to the best international standards.
