Break your fast with PAUL’s Exclusive Iftar Set Menu
The set menu is a selection of traditional soup, a choice of 2 salads followed with a choice of 3 main courses, and a dessert, along with Jallab or Amareddin.
Salad (two options):
‘Salade quinoa et dates’ which includes a mix of quinoa, dates, grilled mushroom and artichokes, cherry tomato, cucumber and pomegranate on fresh rocca leaves. Topped with croutons and served with balsamic dressing.
‘Salade d’été au pastèque et fromage’ which is a combination of romaine lettuce mixed with oriental thyme, feta cheese cubes, watermelon, pomegranate, fresh tomato, cucumber and mint leaves. Topped with croutons and served with lemon pomegranate molasses.
Main courses (three options):
For the main courses, PAUL is serving seafood, beef and chicken specialties. Sea food lovers can opt for the ‘ragout de fruits de mer’ which is a stew of grilled fresh salmon, cod fish and shrimps with Holland potato, fresh asparagus, cherry tomato and sea food bisque which is served with white rice and lemon zest.
The second option is ‘Ragout de boeuf’, the beef selection on PAUL’s Iftar menu. Stew of beef strips, carrot, mushroom, onion, baby corn and green French beans cooked with fresh cream and grain mustard. Served with saffron rice.
The last option is for the chicken fans Stew of chicken cubes, carrot, onion, mushroom, perfumed with lemongrass and rosemary which is also served with white rice and lemon zest known as the ‘Ragout de poulet à la citronelle’
Dessert: Dates éclair or raspberry panna cotta.
PAUL Bakery and Restaurant will continue to serve the regular menu alongside the exclusive Iftar set menu. Dine in will be available as of Iftar time, while take away orders will be throughout the day.
