Chef Giacomo Gallina has a remarkable reputation in the world of gastronomy. With a career that began over 40 years ago, Giacomo headed some of the most recognized restaurants in the world, such as the uber chic Dolce & Gabbana Gold Restaurant in Milan and celebrated OTTO Ristorante in Singapore. Well known for an unrelenting emphasis on quality and using the freshest ingredients, he is an innovative chef in constant pursuit of creations
original and unique.

He has been recognized as a master of the art of Italian cooking throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. Chef Giacomo’s philosophy about food is simple, keeping to tradition, being creative, cooking sincerely and always from the heart. His attendance at the Globe Summit Series affirms his extraordinary talent and commitment to the culinary arts.
